: 1-1/2 to 2 lbs. yellow squash, sliced
: 1 large onion, chopped
: 2 carrots, grated
: Cook the above until tender (boil). Mash together well and add:
: 1 can cream of chicken soup
: 8 oz. sour cream
: 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Herb Dressing (8 oz. crumb type)
: Toss with 1 stick melted maragarine.
: Fold 2/3 of the crumb mixture into the squash. Place in a 9 x 13 dish and sprinkle remaining crumb mix on top. Bake 350 for 40 minutes.
