TATER TOT CASSEROLE
2 lb ground turkey cooked, seasoned, drained
3 2lb bags tater tots
2 cans cream of mushroom
2 cans evaporated milk
2 cans cream of chicken
Brown meat & place in large cass. dish.
Cover with tater tots. Mix soup & milk together.
Pour over top. Bake at 350 for 1 Hour.
Makes 2- 9”X13” pans
Turns out, this really is a pretty easy meal. It's not so quick, since it takes an hour to bake, but it is easy.
I halve everything except the meat, since I don't have 18 children to feed. When browning your turkey (or ground beef), add in 1/4 c chopped onion, one clove minced garlic. To the soup mixture, add 1 tsp. seasoned salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, and 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning.
Bake as normal.
Not nearly so basic and blah - much improved!
