ground beef. Take them out of skin and brown. Mix meat with COM or COC soup. Mix in either frozen peas or corn. Smooth on a layer of sour cream. Top with tater tots. Half hour at 350. Sprinkle on shredded cheese.
Using the brats adds a different kick to it.
