Creamed ham over biscuits - for Jinny sm

Cut up the ham in bite size pieces, no particular amount but maybe 2 cups or so.

Cream sauce:
Melt 4 TBSP margarine
Add 4 TBSP flour
This will be pasty.

Stir 2 cups of milk slowly.

Add 1/2 tsp. salt and some parsley flakes.

Cook over medium heat until thick. Add cut up ham and heat through.

I serve this over the Pilsbury frozen biscuits. mmmmmm enjoy!
