4 cups Bisquick
4 teaspoons sugar
1 can beer (regular size)
Mix all ingredients. Turn into a greased loaf pan. Allow to rise and double in size (about an hour). Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown (about 25-30 minutes in my oven).
This forms a sticky dough that resembles a biscuit dough, but once it rises and bakes it is a very yummy and easy bread that is very similar to white bread or sourdough.
You can add spices and cheeses to this for different tastes. It's a very versatile bread.
