1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons minced jarred garlic (or equivalent fresh)
2 lemons, halved (for squeezing)
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
3 pounds of pork loin, boneless ribs, chops, etc.
In a cooking bag, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, lemon juice, pepper and oil. Shake contents of bag to mix. Add pork, tie bag (take out air), tie off, and arrange pork so that all is covered, for at least one hour to let the flavor soak in. I like this recipe because I can push the pork around so that enough is covered, put it in the oven at 8:00 a.m., preset the oven, and go. The longer it sits, the better it tastes. When ready, preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.
