: A couple minor comments from Carol -
: I didn't drain the mushrooms. Figured the extra moisture wouldn't hurt.
: The tomatoes I used were not labeled 'stewed', but were just the "petite diced tomatoes in rich juice" (S&W brand). I don't care for the tomatoes labeled "stewed" because they're seasoned or have peppers in them or something.
: I also used 2/3 low sodium soy sauce instead of all regular soy sauce. Next time, I'll either use more salt or use just 1/3 low sodium soy sauce - just to cut the sodium contant, but then I felt it needed more salt. DH, however, didn't think it needed more salt.
