: Dad says the original recipe called for 3 Tbsp of celery and green pepper and a 2 ounce jar of pimentos. But when I put some in a dish for DH to take to work (I do not eat peppers myself), the amounts Dad uses didn't look like enough to me compared to the shells.
: DH adds jalapenos to his dish of it, and if I make it for him alone, I'll add those.
