Dad's Seashell Salad -

Sea Shell Salad

8 oz seashell pasta - cooked. (Dad tried Wal-Mart's brand and then I suggested Barilla - Barilla is MUCH better!)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 jar (4 ounches) diced pimentos, drained
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green pepper

Dad says the original recipe called for 3 Tbsp of celery and green pepper and a 2 ounce jar of pimentos. But when I put some in a dish for DH to take to work (I do not eat peppers myself), the amounts Dad uses didn't look like enough to me compared to the shells.

DH adds jalapenos to his dish of it, and if I make it for him alone, I'll add those.
