2 c/16 oz can of pumpkin.
1/2 c milk; skim, soy, whatever.
1/2 c butter or margarine.
4 eggs -probably could use 3 if that's all you have.
1/2 c flour
1 T cinnamon
1/2 T nutmeg
1/2 T cloves
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c sugar or splenda.
Mix the whole thing up and pour into a lightly sprayed 9 inch pie dish. Bake at 350 for about 40-50 mins, or until knife blade comes out clean. Take it out early if you notice it's coming away from the edge of the dish so it doesn't dry out.
Refrigerate if you've got leftovers - ya, right!
This makes one pie if followed. You can double it for 2 pie dishes. You can freeze this if you wrap it well. Freezer burn is nasty.
This is good. You can make it any time of year, serve warm or cold.
