Pimento Cheese

1-1/2 cup sharp cheddar
1-1/2 cup Colby
8 oz cream cheese
4 oz jar pimentos
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayene pepper
1 dash garlic powder
1 cup mayo

You can use cheese of choice and I went light on the cayene. It is initially creamy, but after refrigerating it firms up some.
