When Robert Jones first opened the site in 1994 he couldn’t have imagined that it would ever attract so many members and so much interest as it has generated. Sadly Robert passed away unexpectedly in 1918. he made us promise we would continue the running of the site in his name and uphold its good name this we promised to do. Colin and I don't
have the expert knowledge in running the site but we will prod along as best we can to uphold its name.

Do like a quiz
There was an episodes recently which i missed where there was a guy on in a red coat and was wearing medals.
I found the story and saw the guy was called joe and he was in fact a Chelsea pensioner.
Looking at the picture on line I saw that joe was in fact joe Chester who is a Chelsea pensioner and wax a trombone player in 3 Queens band. I think originally joe was Middlesex
He’s in good company in there
Dave hinds and John o Sullivan are there too
