: However, I believe it’s the association who should change ties and badges. We have our Regimental tie, our Regimental blazer badge, they belong to the veterans who served in the Royal Sussex Regiment, not the association .They should design regalia for the non veterans to wear, not steal ours.

But so far the association has not shown any interest at all in changing their minds.
We’ve just watched our boss say goodbye. A moving day.
I say again I agree but
Why not be the first regiment in the British army honouring her by changing slightly and recognising we are soldiers of the queen and proud of it.
