[ Follow Ups ] [ Post Followup ] [ Main Board ] When Robert Jones first opened the site in 1994 he couldn’t have imagined that it would ever attract so many members and so much interest as it has generated. Sadly Robert passed away unexpectedly in 1918. he made us promise we would continue the running of the site in his name and uphold its good name this we promised to do. Colin and I don't have the expert knowledge in running the site but we will prod along as best we can to uphold its name. I went with Dave All away attended the EGM and AGM
No fireworks this year all conducted in a civil manner we really should get behind the Association now with all its up and downs otherwise it will fade away none of us would step up and take those positions with have lost Brian Majoram who acted as a buffer between warring factions I for one hope he comes back inside I have known him for well and you over 50 Years you would find a more honourable man than him.Now to the dinner 86 people attended not many Royal Sussex or 3Queens on the plus side the dinner was the best I have had in many a year downside there was only 3 of us in,the local pubs Dave myself and John Cole gone are the good old days.
