When Robert Jones first opened the site in 1994 he couldn’t have imagined that it would ever attract so many members and so much interest as it has generated. Sadly Robert passed away unexpectedly in 1918. he made us promise we would continue the running of the site in his name and uphold its good name this we promised to do. Colin and I don't
have the expert knowledge in running the site but we will prod along as best we can to uphold its name.

Next year 2023 A planned trip to Gibralter marking 50 years of the 3rd Battalions post to GIB ,A 5 day Commeration trip is being planned to mark this 1/2 century with tunnel tours wreath laying and a garrison church service and plenty of Down time ? Don't bombard me with Questions all details will come from the Planning group and posted on this site ? Would just appreciate a heads up from interested parties and any positive ideas.
