When Robert Jones first opened the site in 1994 he couldn’t have imagined that it would ever attract so many members and so much interest as it has generated. Sadly Robert passed away unexpectedly in 1918. he made us promise we would continue the running of the site in his name and uphold its good name this we promised to do. Colin and I don't
have the expert knowledge in running the site but we will prod along as best we can to uphold its name.

Tony that's good ,let the dedicated persons who want to support our Regiment have there own recognised tie ,I am 100% for that as long as our colours are left to time served Veterans, this subject has got me into so much trouble in the past and if I'm true to my word in this casting survey on Dress Code that will come out on the A.G.M. at Lewes will decide the fate of the Royal Sussex if its a wrong move then I will not be Part of a Walter Mitty organisation that allows civilians to wear veterans regalia.
