When Robert Jones first opened the site in 1994 he couldn’t have imagined that it would ever attract so many members and so much interest as it has generated. Sadly Robert passed away unexpectedly in 1918. he made us promise we would continue the running of the site in his name and uphold its good name this we promised to do. Colin and I don't
have the expert knowledge in running the site but we will prod along as best we can to uphold its name.

The Chichester Records Office do hold photos and and paperwork from Aden, I need to see if we have any film, we have time to track down film so in September I will set up a planning committee to set the ball rolling ? A lot of people to track down and feel its a worthwhile task , I turned 18 in the October before we left for Malta Birthday spent in the Mermaid Club Steamer Point, lot of things to research rocket attack on B.F.B.S. Bomb at police station,and other ambushes sheikh offmen, up country and our camp
