When Robert Jones first opened the site in 1994 he couldn’t have imagined that it would ever attract so many members and so much interest as it has generated. Sadly Robert passed away unexpectedly in 1918. he made us promise we would continue the running of the site in his name and uphold its good name this we promised to do. Colin and I don't have the expert knowledge in running the site but we will prod along as best we can to uphold its name. Dilly 100%
I see this survey as a coffin nail, unfortunately the higher ranks ate trying to sneak in the bit about the Tie,
The Tie is our colours and in 1966 there was no civilian running branches ,
I had to step back from a branch because of a Civilian, Dave Johnson was banned from branch over a civilian, Brian Morley resigned from a branch because he had veiws on civilian activities in a branch that no one would listen to.
Civilians are respected for there regimental connections but design your own tie .
Our Regiment our Tie end off
