When Robert Jones first opened the site in 1994 he couldn’t have imagined that it would ever attract so many members and so much interest as it has generated. Sadly Robert passed away unexpectedly in 1918. he made us promise we would continue the running of the site in his name and uphold its good name this we promised to do. Colin and I don't have the expert knowledge in running the site but we will prod along as best we can to uphold its name. Ref the Woodland Tony ?
They are a registered Charity Tony and do a quick response to all service's.
Some of those needing help these days do not have a phone or website or even a address so it means some one in dyer straights and maybe on the edge of suicide do get immediate assistance from the woodland and why I am on the subject Martyn Burgess is leaving Eastbourne on Saturday with empty seats so if any one wants a day out to see a legend of the Regiment Bill Dixon commerated along side the past Colonel of the regt David Beveridge and many many more,
Tony don't think bad on a Charity just on hear say go and see for your self Colin visited last year,
