When Robert Jones first opened the site in 1994 he couldn’t have imagined that it would ever attract so many members and so much interest as it has generated. Sadly Robert passed away unexpectedly in 1918. he made us promise we would continue the running of the site in his name and uphold its good name this we promised to do. Colin and I don't have the expert knowledge in running the site but we will prod along as best we can to uphold its name. St Georges Day

Posted by Tony T on Tue, Apr 26 2022 at 10:20 AM CDT:

An excellent weekend at Chichester with Brian and Valerie Fox.
The cathedral was full, the Bishop I'm sure was most pleased, he went on for some time. The eulogy for Col Arnold given by Major Russell very interesting, like to see it posted on this or the Royal Sussex Site.
Met so many, Bobby Keen, Peter (Monty) Morgan, Doug Jones, all the way from Canada, Brian Majoram, such a sound man. John and Donna Catt, so manny of you such an enjoyable day. Not forgetting Dave Tilly. Our president Major Douglas McCarthy, along with other VIP's.
The association is strong as it has always been and long may it continue.

Tony T.
