When Robert Jones first opened the site in 1994 he couldn’t have imagined that it would ever attract so many members and so much interest as it has generated. Sadly Robert passed away unexpectedly in 1918. he made us promise we would continue the running of the site in his name and uphold its good name this we promised to do. Colin and I don't have the expert knowledge in running the site but we will prod along as best we can to uphold its name. QRWT

The site QRWT, a registered charity set up to help ex Queensmen in time of need.
This charity is not recognised by the official Queens Regimental Association, why not? I have asked this question often but have never receive an answer.
The charity was set up I believe in good faith but failed to convince the higher echelon. When Bob Jones was very ill this is where they should have come to his aide. No they did not, it was me and one other, Bert, who paid for Bob's flights from Belize to the UK for medical treatment
and his return to Belize where he sadly passed away.
The QRWT was set for such eventuatulaties where was it?

Tony T.
