When Robert Jones first opened the site in 1994 he couldn’t have imagined that it would ever attract so many members and so much interest as it has generated. Sadly Robert passed away unexpectedly in 1918. he made us promise we would continue the running of the site in his name and uphold its good name this we promised to do. Colin and I don't have the expert knowledge in running the site but we will prod along as best we can to uphold its name. St Georges Day

Following on from Dave Tilley's post re timings etc.

This is how it works, members have to apply for a ticket (free) which can be collected from their branch. The members who are not affiliated to a branch will receive their ticket in the post. The finer details of where to parade and the timings for those who are marching will be sent with the ticket. The letter will also include the timings and venue for those members who are not marching. I understand that you requested 20 tickets. You can apply for more than one tickets but you will have to provide the names of the members who will receive the tickets.

The refreshment tent will have seating. Wine, hopefully beer, soft drinks and finger food will be provided. Public toilets are nearby as I believe the marquee is in the grounds of the cathedral. Please let me know if you have any other queries
Regards
Brian
