I remember a few years ago being in lewis at the freedom of lewis by the pwrr.I was in the crowd and the pwrr and colours marched past.During the parade I was talking to this girl and she said her boyfriend was in the parade.when the parade finished I talked to the pwrr soldier and said I had been in the 3rd battalion the queens regiment,he had not got a clue who 3 queens were maybe they don't teach regimental history now the worst thing was he was from sussex and he should of heard of us.
