Another way to look at it is this:
If the Prime Minister, who ever they are, wants to get a policy through parliament, then it must be such that parliament can except it. To say 'accept this deal or have Corbyn instead'' would show the weakness of not only the PM/Conservatives and expose the weakness of the leadership. If the deal is as good a Mrs May reasons, then the question of Corbyn would not come in to it. It will get through on it's own merits and not on the threat of that man taking office, and I do not see Labour wining any general election.
