: : morning,
: : totally agree with chris message. The hat and others have done a brilliant job, raising money. The hat bought the land out of his own money. Most weeks they are out there raising funds. To my knowledge no one gets paid for doing this. The hierarchy don't seem to like it when control is taken from them. The best way to make your mind up is go to one of the gatherings at qrmw and see what work they do.watch and shoot watch and shoot.

: You’re right. Rupert don’t like it when they can’t have their own way. On this site we’re all retired. We’re all old farts. None of us use rank. Well nearly all of us. Which is how it should be, why then are they still making decisions as if we were all still under command
Dear Martin. Thank you for your comments and support. You are absolutely correct Paul Cooling sold his own home to purchase the land to create the Memorial Woodland. He understands probably more than most about those ex servicemen in difficulty having been there himself. He does what he does from personal experience and you are also right that none of us who are Trustees receive any benefit from the Charity. Thank you for your support.
