: Following my email about receiving assistance with dodgy hips and knees Steve Scudder, Lifelong Learning Adviser & Veterans’ Health Lead at Health Education England working across Kent, Surrey and Sussex has kindly been in touch to say that there is perhaps a closer clinic to you run by Lt Col Ben Caeser from the Brighton and Sussex University Hospital.
: I have attached the referral forms which only need to be given to your GP to complete and send off. Ben often has a fast turn around and generally sees people within a couple of week for first consultation (depending on deployments, there are others in the clinic though). Steve has had three veterans from his breakfast club go to see Ben- the biggest case where two knee replacements were needed. From first consult on Dec 17 the vet had his first new knee in Feb 18 and the second new knee in May 18.
: Feel free to badger you GP if you need to!
: Yours sincerely,

: If anyone wants a copy of the Form please email me and I will send a copy.
Too late for me. Now have had both knees replaced
