On Monday I went to the car wash at Tesco. My car was a bit dusty. The aerial is one that doesn't retract. Like most these days it sits on the roof and is parallel with the roof (body). Having done what I was told to do the machinery tried to rip my aerial off. Of course Tesco will not accept their liability on the grounds that no other car that day had damage done, and of course the disclaimer notice. The notice actually means nothing, they can not put up a notice that does away with the customers consumer rights. Has anyone else had this problem? I've an idea of what has to be done next.
