: Information for all those who served in South Korea whilst on active service between 1956/57. To be a Korean Veteran has now been extended post cease fire up to 1957. This now enables the above to revisit South Korea for one week mainly in November and April of each year sponsored by the Ministry of Patriots and Veteran Affairs. With the possibility of being presented with the "Ambassador for Peace" medal by the said Ministry. An experience not to be missed. It would be an advantage to join the British Korean War Veteran Association (BKWVA) at a cost of 8.00 per year. For all up to date information, events and membership etc. please click on to the following link for the BKWVA website.

: May I take this opportunity of wishing every member and Happy Christmas and a Healthy and Prosperous New Year.

Excellent Brian, all who served with the 1st Battalion in Korea should take this superb opportunity.
