Cenotaph 2016 Application

Dear All
As previously mentioned in earlier emails, the RBL have renewed their procedure regarding tickets for the Cenotaph Parade this year. Time is passing by and Henry Thomas at Area Headquarters, PWRR who is administering the event on behalf of the PWRR and all forebear regiments has only received 39 applications for the event as at today. Applications for tickets must be submitted to the RBL by the 16 September 2016, and with the summer months well in flow, holidays etc, 16 September will be upon us in the blink of an eye. Attached is the RBL letter detailing the new procedure and a spread sheet with just surnames of those who have applied. If you want tickets you MUST submit your request to Henry by 15 September otherwise you will not receive tickets. The Regiment as a whole receives 120 tickets. If we do not use our allocation it will be reduced in future years.
The information Henry requires is as follows:

Title, First Name, Family Name, Date of birth, Place of Birth, First Line of address, Town, Postcode, Military number (where applicable) and Criteria:

Category 1 V Ex-Service Personnel holding a campaign medal

Category 2 V Civilian deployed on operations in support of Military.

Category 3 V Ex Service Personnel with no campaign medal

Category 4 V Bereaved Spouses (who died on operations)

Category 5 - Veteran association representatives

Category 5 V Military Charities and associated Civilian groups.
