I can make an effort.
Please be aware that chinese characters are not part of the operating system, so you will have to download the chinese character set to use such a keyboard.
I will need help from someone that is familiar with the language. If you are such a person, please contact me by e-mail so we can start working on it. Such a keyboard will have to contain many keys, but we may be able to omit some if the computer can "guess" some characters by context.
