The following descriptions are what we ideally want. The details aren't necessary if a locations is generally close to the descriptions of the houses or derelict property, it could work.
Benson house: A 2-floor house with a garage attached on the right side. A 2-car garage would be better than a 1-car garage. Inside the front door should be a living room to one side, preferably left, to the right another room. In front a hallway on the left and a stairway on the right. The hallway should lead to a kitchen which should have a door to the garage. Upstairs, should be a hallway with at least 3 rooms with doors.
Bar: A fairly large room that has tables and booths. Ideally booths along the walls with tables in the middle of the room and the bar in the back. The bar should serve food or pass for a place that does. More of a bar than a restaurant.
Supermarket: Self explanatory-big enough to have carts, not a corner store.
Hospital: Hospital entrance, hallway, and a single or double room.
Emily's house: Exterior only-front door with an exterior light, a lawn with a walkway to the street, a garden (along walkway), and a large window facing out of the front preferably a living room.
Derelict Property: Exterior only-medium sized house with larger than average property surrounded by fields or woods. Driveway off a "main road." No houses nearby and no lights at night. It has to look like no one has lived in it for at least a year. It should also look like it needs work (shingles falling off, holes in windows or boarded up, plants growing up house or on house, evidence of vandals-graffiti)
