: STORYLINE: "Predisposed" is about a young boy (Eli) who after years of watching his mother(Penny) be self destructive through drugs and alchohol decides it is time to force her to get professional help. When they go to get Penny into a detox center she is denied because she isn't in withdrawl, therefore leaving Eli with a task of getting his mother high so she can get admitted into the detox. They go to great lengths to reach their goal, and along the way really discover who they are as mother and son. It is a dark comedy with a lot of sarcastic play between the two accompanied by high drama.
: [Eli]: 16-21 years old. Protagonist. Caucasian. Eli is a well to do high school senior who always does everything by the book. He wants to be a writer and is dying to get out of his life at home. He takes care of his mother and his little sister because he never had a father. He is soft and quiet on the outside, but his mother manages to bring the evil edge out of him. Smart and whitty.
: [Sprinkles]: 22-35 years old. Caucasian. Supporting role. Low level drug dealer who Eli goes to score from. Has a girlfriend (Janice) and a young daughter (Sara). Very unstable, and oblivious to whats right and wrong. Some humorous lines and rough edge look. 3 scenes.
: [Janice]:22-30 years old. Caucasian.Supporting role. Girlfriend to Sprinkles, helps him deal out of their house. Trashy look and manners. Very dull, and a bit snappy. 2 long scenes
: [Sara] 4-9 years old. Caucasian. Day player. Daughter to Sprinkles and Janice. Cute little girl unaware of her parents troubles. Cute and innocent. Speaks 2 short lies to Eli. 1 scene.
: [Philly] 35-55 years old. Italian American. Supporting role. Gangster. Tough guy with a loud mouth and a swift hand. Threatening appeal. A large role with a long interaction with Eli. Also has action scenes. 2 long scenes.
: [Jimmy]: 35-55 years old. Italian American. Small role. Gangster. Jimmy is Philly's partner. Not as significant as Philly. Threatening appeal. Few lines, but has action scenes. 2 long scenes.
