The Tournament of Legends is coming close to completion in terms of the team choices available to GMs. At present, 4 non-NHL teams + 29 NHL teams have qualified to enter. That leaves just 2 teams left and word has it that the teams have already been selected, and it is just figuring out the players' specs. The TOL page will be up-dated as soon as the last two teams are done.
