It is my understanding that the 15" wheels for the early Turners were made by Rubery Owen for Jack Turner, and were also adopted by Colin Chapman for some of the series 1 Lotus 7s.
They were not supplied to any major English car maker as far as I know.
Suggest either converting to wires, or finding a wheel manufacturer who can adapt something from more recent vehicles.
