only as info: here a short translation of the Jim Turner GTO homepage: the original company Turner sportscars and the "Jim Turner Sportwagenmanufaktor" are totally independant companies.
"Jim Turner Sportwagenmanufaktor" owns the rights of the brand name "Jim Turner".
Ford did some legal precedures against them because the name "Turner" and the Fordīs name "Turnier" (which stands for station-wagon) are confusing.
as we see this company is playing with names...jim turner and jack turner...also the brand logo looks similar (but not identical) as the original one.
