Our race team was testing our space framed modsports Lotus Elan at Brands Hatch and got down to 48.92 second laps good enough to start pole on any race until one of your members in a Modsports Turner VUD 701 belonging to Chris Fulke-Greville thrashed us,he was lapping in the 44 to 45 second laps.
We have been up against modified Turners for years and remember this car from the 1970s and 1980s and it was never ever as quick as this,he was up amongst the DTMs and the Pro Radicals although the top DTMs where doing 42 second laps.
