Rear Tires Rubbing - How Fix?

Because the VSCCA insists that Turners run ONLY 15" wheels, I have a problem with the rear tires rubbing A LOT on the top front of the rear wheel wells. Nice friction brakes!

The torsion bar adjusters are maxxed. And, you can see in one of the 30/206 photos how it sits.

Any ideas on how to cure this short of adding springs to jack it up further?

I may change to coil-overs. But, I'd rather not.
