It's easy. I did it to my Climax Mk 1 last weekend!!
Swap the battery terminals.
Check the petrol pump has not got a diode. If it has reverse the diode connectors. Needs a soldering iron, if not no problem.
Reverse the ignition coil terminals.
Flash the dynamo. Disconnect the terminals, and then using a length of wire connect the small one to the positive terminal for a few seconds. It will spark. Reconnect.
If you have an electronic rev counter this requires more work. Mine is mechanical.
Reverse the ammeter.
That's it. I could not believe how easy it was.
When you start up the ignition light should go out. If it doesn't re-flash the dyno.
