61-488 was known to have been broken up. as far as the register is concerned the Chassis does not survive today. Looking at the pictures there is little or no Turner left in that car and the Chassis ID plate is not original Turner. I would want to see that car go on a Q plate personally as not enough (If Any) original car survives.
