I feel better after resting, but I definitely am sleeping in tomorrow morning.

The water in Iowa City is not receding very much at all. It is just there... The Cedar River in Cedar Rapids is all but back to normal, and it is difficult for my life at home to get back to normal with the water not receding. But they told us to expect that...

I definitely need some sleep, I think.
