bite, fight wound, any number of things really, all of which need medical care. With it bleeding and oozing/ick I'd be willing to bet it is either a busted abscess or an infected fight wound, or possibly a snake bite.
If she won't feed the babies, yes feed them otherwise they will die. Get kitten milk from a pet food store and an eye dropper. With them being 2 weeks old they might be able to take a tiny kitten bottle, just depends on how weak they are from not eating. Kittens are very delicate and don't do well with any other type of milk, even kitten milk isn't a guarantee that they will thrive.
