Then if she wasn't better in the few days you want to wait, start with more testing.
As for the incontinence....try going to a medical supply store and buy the human version of the "pee pads" that you mentioned in your other post. You can get washable/reusable ones or disposable ones.
Also, if you have a newspaper subscription, you can use newspaper. it won't absorb and protect as good as the special pads though.
Other than that diapers are about the only thing I know of that would protect no matter where she was.
