I was wondering what was the rent exactly and is it for the house or apartment? We have 1 horse and are acquiring another , we just moved up here from Texas in June of this year and are looking for some property that we can keep our horse on, we are not used to having to board and stall him. : we have a 2 bedroom apartment over a 3 car garage for rent horse and other pets ok if out side. we have horses. we are in west branch mich this land is also for sale .14 1/2 acres 3 houses older ranch. house the apartment is not that old we bring in 900.00 in rent . we have a pond .9 acres are wooded .you can ride in the woods,2 olds barns for the horses 2 run in for the horses that don't like the to be put in. also a moble home. that has been rented out to the same people for 5 years that help on the farm .seling only that we need more land. 20 paints horse 2 little donkey a goat . dog and cats??? fun place to rent or buy. we also have DEER.thanks for looking
