Hi! I'm trying to find a recipe for my mom, and she can't remember much about it except that it was for apple syrup and it was a bulk type recipe, the kind you'd use if you were canning and had a ton of fresh apples. No applesauce, no apple juice. Apples. All the recipes I can find online are just for little piddly amounts that are suitable for eating immediately over pancakes or waffles, and that is not at all the kind of thing that she remembers making. The recipe might've been from a Kerr book that was desroyed in a flood. Anybody got any ideas, please?
