In current years the best organization has been the marching band led by director Bill Watson. The band won state in 2003, and is considered the best sounding band in the U.S. Why is there nothing that mentions the band on your RHS history or anything? The band is the best thing Richland has right now because the fottball team just plan sucks. This year the band is competing in National and I predict from past shows I've seen this year that they will get a very high ranking. All alumni have seen the show.
