Bourgoin help

I am trying to find the parents of Margaret Jane
Bourgoin or Marguerite Jeanne
Bourgoin. Her date of birth according to her death record is 16 Sept. 1860 Grand Falls. Her death record lists her parents as Victor and Margaret Ellen. I do not think that Ellen is her mother's last name. Any ideas appreciated or a church in that area where a baptism might have taken place.
