Not sure if this will help BUT I did find a "Border Crossing" for Elizabeth Barker on August 5, 1923. On the card her mother is showing as Mrs Agnes Underwood from Grand Falls. Elizabeth's place of birth is showing as Somerville, Mass. Elizabeth was 5 ft 4 in, dark complexion, dark hair and brown eyes. Her destination is Caribou, Maine. Her occupation is telephone operator. She is 19 yrs of age. Her arrival contact is Aunt Bessie Watson in Caribou.
Hopefully this helps a bit.
