Hi Patty,
I am presently working on a transcription for the Assumption Church Portage Cemetery. I have a Mary Kelly (w/o James McCarthy) died August 3, 1922. The gravestone is located on the north side (right), in row G , near the end of the row.
I have a James McCarthy on the south side (left), 1885-1968 but do not know if this is connected to your Mary because he would be buried next to Mary wouldn't he ?
