censuses for 1851, 1861, 1871, 1881, 1891, 1901, 1911 for northwestern NB have been transcribed by Jean-Guy Poitras in individual books. You should be able to get access to them through a Latter Day Saints Library.

Apparently the original says Parret but the transcriber determined the name should be Paris.
