I swear the Sunbeam bread company will call today and ask me to start eating bread again.........but I lived through day one.
I did realize very quickly that a lot of my eating is habit, and stress eating, which I already knew.
I woke up with an awful headache, but I'm 99% sure it is sinus crud. Other than that, I feel fine.
I shoveled last night, and will probably head out again today, so that gives me some variety to exercise at least!
On to day two.........
